Answers to what people ask most.
Honest answers about our financial-education service. Don't see your question? Get in touch.
What exactly does US Relief Co do?
US Relief Co is an independent financial-education service. We help you understand how your own financial situation works, in plain language, and what general categories of options exist, so you can make your own informed decisions. We do not settle debts, negotiate with creditors, repair credit, or lend money. Our product is understanding.
How do I get started?
Call us at (305) 744-0658 during business hours, or request a free session using the form on our site and we will call you back. There is no application to fill out — just an honest, plain-language conversation about how your situation works. No pressure, no obligation.
What can you actually help me with?
We help you understand your own finances: how interest and minimum payments work, how to read your budget and balances, how credit generally works, and, in neutral terms, what broad categories of options exist. We explain the landscape so you can decide for yourself. We do not recommend or sell any specific program.
How much does it cost to work with US Relief Co?
Our financial-education sessions are free. We do not charge you, and we are not paid based on any decision you make. If you later choose to pursue something on your own, any costs would come from whoever provides that — never from us — and that choice is entirely yours.
Will talking to US Relief Co affect my credit?
No. A financial-education conversation with US Relief Co does not affect your credit in any way. We do not pull your credit or take any action on your accounts. We can help you understand, in general terms, how various approaches tend to affect credit, so you can weigh that yourself.
Do you settle or negotiate my debts yourselves?
No. US Relief Co does not settle debts, negotiate with creditors, service accounts, or repair credit. We are a financial-education service. Our role is to help you understand your situation so you can make your own decisions.
Is US Relief Co a financial services company?
No. US Relief Co is an independent financial-education service. We are not a financial services company, a bank, a lender, a financial advisor, a law firm, or a debt-relief, settlement, consolidation, or credit-repair provider, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We provide general financial education only.
Are you a debt collector?
No. US Relief Co is not a debt collector or a collection agency. We do not buy, own, or attempt to collect on any debt, and we do not work for your creditors. We are an independent financial-education service that helps you understand your own situation.
What if I am not sure which option is right for me?
That is exactly what a session is for. Most people are not sure, and there is no single right answer for everyone. We lay out how things work and the trade-offs of the general options in plain terms, so you can make an informed choice for yourself.
What will I walk away with?
A clearer understanding of your own financial situation and the general options that exist, in plain language, with no pressure. What you choose to do next is entirely up to you.
