Your privacy

Privacy policy.

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

US Relief Co ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Directly from you: when you submit your information through our forms, book a session, or speak with our team (for example, your name, phone number, and email address).
  • Automatically through our web host: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
  • Through our booking form: when you submit the form on our “Book a free session” page, it is processed on our own server and delivered to our email inbox. It is not passed through any third-party form service.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive financial account numbers or Social Security numbers. We do not need them, because we do not open, service, or manage any account or program for you.

How we use your information

  • Follow up on your inquiry and respond to your questions.
  • Provide information about our financial-education service and arrange callbacks.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website.
  • Conduct internal reporting and analytics.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use local or session storage, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. You do not need to accept anything to browse the site.

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and basic request information. We do not control that collection and receive no data from it. You can prevent it by blocking those domains in your browser.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by text about your inquiry or scheduled session. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide what you asked for:

  • Our web host — stores this website, processes your form submission, and hosts the mailbox that receives it.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, as described above. This is the only third party that receives anything, and it receives only your IP address as part of loading the page — never your form details.

Your booking form submission is handled entirely on our own server. We do not use a third-party form service, and your details are not sent to any outside processor.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data security

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

  • Access or correct your data.
  • Delete your information.
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@usrelief.co.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — including in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana. These commonly include the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use personal information to build profiles or make automated decisions about you.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@usrelief.co or write to us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time your state’s law allows. If we decline your request, you may reply to that email to appeal the decision.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us — generally, for as long as you are in contact with us about our educational service, and afterwards only where a legitimate business or legal reason requires it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

International users

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States. By using our website, you consent to this processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
