What US Relief Co is and is not
US Relief Co is an independent financial-education service. We are not a lender, a law firm, or a debt-settlement, debt-relief, debt-consolidation, or credit-repair provider. We do not negotiate with creditors, do not perform any of those services, and never collect or hold client funds. Using this site or speaking with us does not create any advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, or similar relationship.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails, text messages (SMS/MMS), and phone calls, including those made via autodialer or pre-recorded voice, from US Relief Co. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Informal resolution of disputes
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at info@usrelief.co and give us 30 days to resolve it informally before starting any formal proceeding. Most issues can be settled quickly this way, and doing so costs you nothing.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where available.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Relief Co and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
